THRIVE is a short term, high impact program for existing businesses (at least three years old) with growth potential. Participants are surrounded by a team of experts that will work one-on-one with your company to determine those potential areas of growth and improvement, and recommend initiatives or changes that can be implemented.
Areas of focus include:
- Marketing
- Finance
- Legal
- Strategy
- HR
“The THRIVE program helped me clarify what I was doing within my business. Talking to local business experts about how to structure and implement strategies that really work was a huge help. Free of charge, THRIVE is open to small-to-medium companies by application. Over a period of four months, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Be involved in a series of one-on-one sessions with their THRIVE team of business experts
- Take the Gallup Entrepreneurial StrengthsFinder
- Attend a Greater Omaha Chamber training/networking session of their choice.
At the end of the program, the company will receive a written report with recommendations made by each of the experts.
