The Work Lab

The Work Lab enhances employer benefits with its innovative WorkLife Coach and Resource Navigation services. By partnering with The Work Lab, you can have a dedicated WorkLife Coach embedded at your site(s) to support your employees. These coaches help employees cope with life’s disruptions, build resilience, and continue personal growth, enabling them to be present and focused at work.

A WorkLife Coach becomes a trusted and familiar face to your employees, maintaining confidentiality while using coaching conversations, financial counseling sessions, and their knowledge of community resources and your employee benefits package to empower employees to make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
Established in collaboration with the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce in 2019 as Greater Omaha WorkLab (GrOW), The Work Lab became an independent non-profit organization in 2024.
