OMAHA, Neb, Sept. 4, 2018 — The No. 1 ranked up-and-coming tech hotspot is also a top 10 best city to raise a family; and for Greater Omaha, that uptick in regional rankings is poised to accelerate with “Make / Happen,” a conference for doers, September 20 at Hilton Omaha.

“Make/Happen is a goal-focused afternoon with initiative,” said David G. Brown, president and CEO, Greater Omaha Chamber. “This is an inspired event, with leaders connecting through shared learning, and capped by a session that allows more than 300 participants to create community deliverables in small groups. This is an event with action.”

Now in its fourth year, Make / Happen empowers executives to imagine the future and invent strategies for increasing success by transforming intentions into actions.

Jeremy Falke, SVP, HR, Capital Senior Living will keynote, followed by expert-led breakout sessions on such topics as “Innovation,” “Creating through Chaos,” “Lessons in Commitment and Imperfection,” and more. Presenters include SecretPenguin’s Dave Nelson, Andrea Fredrickson of Revela and Flywheel’s Karen Borchert, among others.
