Bid Info: Bids can be submitted in hard copy form to the OPS Service Center at 4041 N. 72nd Street – Omaha, NE 68134. Please direct all Bids to: JE Dunn Construction – Gilder Elementary. Bids can also be submitted by e-mail to GilderOPS@jedunn.com (this method is preferred). No fax or phone bids will be accepted. All questions regarding this project shall be directed to Mark Menousek with J.E. Dunn at 402-289-8001.
Paper plans and specs can be viewed at the REACH Plan Room on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
