NBDC Game Changers: Mentor Protégé, Joint Venture and Teaming Strategies

Prime/Subcontractor teaming and joint venturing can help small businesses augment capabilities,
resources and experience to successfully pursue larger and more complex projects in the federal
marketplace. This workshop will teach you the legal differences between prime or subcontractor teaming
and joint venturing, legal requirements and best practices, understanding limitations on subcontracting
and how to take advantage of the SBA’s 8(a) and “All Small” Mentor-Protégé programs.
