When running a small business, it is helpful to understand the cultural differences that exist in order to evaluate your business’s branding strategy and communication styles for a better interaction with diverse teams and global business. As we explore different perceptions and behaviors, participants will gain the knowledge and skills to:
- Understand the concept of Branding 360 and evaluate your brand promise
- Recognize the key factors for a successful image to sell a product or service
- Understand the different culturally diverse business environments and cultural expectations of professionalism
- Manage multicultural teams and build stronger working relationships
