“The combination of Turner Park, great dining and retail continues to make Midtown Crossing the perfect place for Yoga Rocks the Park. You can come, hang out and do your yoga, and then walk a few feet and go have a drink or dinner,” said Lora McCarville, local yoga instructor and Yoga Rocks the Park organizer.

Midtown Crossing restaurants will welcome yogis post-workout for delicious food and drink specials. In addition, each Yoga Rocks the Park will feature a Vendor Village, an effective way to connect community organizations and businesses – to the community. Businesses or organizations interested in participating in Vendor Village should contact Lora McCarville at yrpomaha@gmail.com.
While there is no charge to participate in Yoga Rocks the Park, a $5 donation is suggested to benefit Nebraska Medicine’s Truhlsen Eye Institute. ($20 restores vision to one person suffering from unnecessary blindness.)

Midtown Crossing. Five years young. Just getting started. This is what a strong urban core looks like – a diverse neighborhood where restaurants and retail, community events and individual experiences come to life. An energetic embrace when you want to live loudly, a quiet escape when you don’t. We’re dinner conversation with friends and shopping you won’t find anywhere else. 16 acres of life’s little extras: activity, serenity, community. Perfectly centered. East of expected.
