We are currently seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager for our client at their Omaha, NE location to direct daily operations in an effort to maximize site performance through strong leadership, positive motivation, quality assurance and further development of warehouse staff. Successful candidates will be a positive role model, savvy leader, effective problem solver and informed decision-maker who consistently achieves maximum results; their focus on accuracy and customer service, their positive attitude and their ability to prioritize will make them stand out above the rest.
Qualified candidates will possess 5-7 years of related warehouse experience within a direct-to-consumer fulfillment operation; experience designing and laying out pick/pack/ship production lines; experience with process change, Lean/Six Sigma and with managing facility up keep; a strong proficiency with OMS, WMS and Excel to track metric data; outstanding communication skills; and demonstrable leadership skills.
