Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) and Easter Seals Nebraska (ESN) are holding their third annual Wellness Fair on Thursday, April 24, 2014, from 9:00 – 1:00 pm at the VNA headquarters at 12565 West Center Road. The Wellness Fair provides a great resource for its employees, but is also free, and open to the public.
“As a part of the healthcare industry, and a Gold level member of Wellness Council of the Midlands, we care about the well-being of our employees and the community we serve.” said James Summerfelt, President and CEO of VNA. “The Wellness Fair makes it easy for our employees to have wellness resources available to them, and by opening this event to the public, our entire community can benefit as well.”
There will be a variety of healthy foods and refreshments to sample, as well as the chance to win a number of door prizes. The Wellness Fair features various vendors providing information about their services, which makes a great opportunity for one-stop shopping for someone to improve their overall health.
