The goal of the Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) is to reduce overflows to the Missouri River and Papillion Creek and to improve water quality in these streams. Under an agreement with the State of Nebraska, Omaha is required to update the Long Term Control Plan.
In August, there will be a series of meetings to discuss the Plan updates. Your questions, comments, and feedback are welcome.
