Nationally leading urban design, community planning and landscape architecture firm studioINSITE, LLC, of Denver, announces the opening of their Omaha office located in the Old Market area downtown.

“We view this as an opportunity to better serve our clients in Omaha, Lincoln, and Council Bluffs, and to build on nearly 15 years of ongoing projects in the area creating vibrant environments for residents, employees, and visitors alike,” states studioINSITE’s founding Principal Dennis Rubba. “Urban placemaking is a keystone of our firm and we are thrilled by Omaha’s continuing commitment to a vibrant public realm achieved through quality design and planning.”

Joining us as the Nebraska supervising Landscape Architect and senior manager of our Omaha office is Matthew Schoell-Schafer, PLA. Matt brings us 13 years of experience throughout the Midwest integrating urban environments with ecological sustainability to positively influence the outcomes of how the built environment improves health and wellness.

studioINSITE has completed numerous urban design and planning projects in the region including the 2003 and ‘15 Creighton University’s Campus Master Plan and the campus’ California Street Pedestrian Mall Redevelopment, Christensen Family YMCA Camp Master Plan, the Charles E.
