StrategicHealthSolutions, LLC (Strategic) is pleased to announce that Diana Mehochko has been brought on as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mehochko has over 20 years of experience in internal operations, business development, financial management and consulting services.
Mehochko will work from Strategic’s headquarters in Omaha, Neb., as the newest executive hire since the company announced the restructuring of its leadership team earlier this year. The restructure was designed to strengthen the management of the organization and help execute an ambitious five-year growth plan.
Strategic’s senior leadership team is excited to fill the COO position and welcome Mehochko to the team. “We feel Diana’s experience will give us a fresh perspective and help provide the structure necessary to reach our growth goals,” said Peg Stessman, CEO of Strategic.
Mehochko most recently served as President of DMM Consulting, where she led all marketing, revenue generation and business operations functions. During her tenure, she established a multi-million dollar opportunity that grew their customer base by 25,000 people, utilized industry benchmarks and competitive intelligence to decrease processing costs by $250,000, and established a strong negotiation training program that reduced overhead expenses and strengthened growth initiatives.
Prior to DMM Consulting, Mehochko effectively held a variety of other executive level positions. She was President of Omaha’s TSYS Merchant Solutions where she directed a division with over 500 employees to grow revenue by 600 percent. Mehochko was also the COO of Chase Merchant Services in Coral Springs, FL where she led the addition of 100 accounts, 770 franchises, and 12,362 locations.
Mehochko obtained her BA in Business Administration/Finance from Western Illinois University. She was recently selected to be a founding board member and Secretary/Treasurer of The Tenth Street Market in Omaha and was the former President of the Board of Directors of Omaha’s Rose Theater and the Women’s Center for Advancement.
