StrategicHealthSolutions, LLC (Strategic), is pleased to announce that Charles Martin has joined the Executive Board effective May 22, 2014.

Martin has more than 30 years of experience in officer level management, acquisitions, financing and private equity. He is co-founder and CEO of Amerimark Capital Corporation, a boutique investment and merchant banking firm focused on assisting clients to acquire, sell and finance privately held companies.

Before his work at Amerimark Capital, Martin was Vice President and Principal of Capital Alliance, a leading investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his impressive professional background, Martin also participates in a wide range of leadership activities and is a retired reserve army officer with 20 years of service.

“It’s a privilege to be a member of Strategic’s board and to help this successful company move forward in the industry,” said Martin. “I look forward to working with the other board members and executives at Strategic to shape the course of the company’s future.”

Martin holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, completed graduate studies in marketing at Syracuse University and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial Management from Auburn University.
