If your business involves communicating with customers, advertising can help it become more successful through marketing. It does not matter if your business is large or small, advertising is as much a science as it is an art. With the proper strategy, you can identify what advertising expenses will bring the biggest return on your investment.

Where to find the connections to those with the knowledge to drive a successful advertising campaign? That is where OAX comes in! This event will bring together some of the region’s most creative and innovative marketers. Their mission is to help businesses understand the best way to use advertising to increase their customer base, customer engagement and customer satisfaction.

Omaha Advertising X started with an idea in November of 2012, from the Omaha Postmaster of the United States Postal Service (USPS), Keith Reid, as he was finishing a class on Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM –an easy to use advertising piece provided by the USPS). Reid was contemplating the challenges that small businesses face when trying to grow their business. He knew that more than one type of advertising is needed for successful marketing. He envisioned a way for the greater Omaha business community to have access to multiple advertising methods, as well as the advertising experts. Working with AAFO and SCORE, the Greater Omaha Postal Customer Council paved the way for the first conference in September of 2013. Now, in its third year, the expertise and information keep growing.

Join us at the centrally located Ralston Arena on September 24th , for day of workshops and speakers who will be offering their expertise in such areas as social media, email marketing and multi-platform marketing, to name a few. Find out more about the event, workshops and speakers and well as register at www.omahaadvertisingx.com.
