SalesTalk is a business networking and learning event that meets on the third Thursday of each month from 5-6pm and is hosted by various business sponsors in the Greater Omaha area. We believe in the power of networking and shared knowledge. Through SalesTalk, we hope to cultivate a peer-to-peer learning environment to help fellow business leaders grow in the area of sales. Mark your calendars! On January 22nd Willy Theisen, founder of Godfather’s Pizza, Pitch Pizzeria, and more, will be talking about his experiences in Customer Service & Hospitality. Having created hundreds of Omaha area jobs and many nationally successful business ventures, Willy was inducted into the Omaha Restaurant Association’s Hospitality Hall of Fame in October of 2002 and the Omaha
Business Hall of Fame in April of 2013. Additionally, Willy is a past recipient of the City of Hope’s “Spirit of Life” award and has served as a member of the Creighton University Board of Directors and as the Chairman. This is not a discussion you’ll want to miss!
This month’s SalesTalk event is sponsored by Creighton University’s MBA Program. Creighton University is at 2500 California Plaza, and the event will be held in the Harper Building, room 3023. The MBA program is a customized program designed to offer either a general management education to students new to the study of business or an advanced and more specialized business education to students with a business degree and/or significant business experience. This customized program offers students the opportunity to develop a curriculum best suited to their backgrounds, skills, and career goals.
