Mammoth Specialties, LLC, is currently seeking full and part time sales representatives. 

Position Summary:  To sell presentation and promotional products and services offered by Mammoth, encompassing awards, trophies, signage, and brand name sports/specialty clothing and accessories customized for individual clients by imprinting text, logos, and other graphics.  Some of the 800,000 products from over 3,500 suppliers are shown on www.mammothspecialties.com

Essential Job Functions: Solicit customers using your own networking affiliations; participate community and retail sales opportunities; accurately complete and maintain customer records; safeguard company client lists, maintain a positive company image, and work with minimal supervision. 

Job Requirements: Previous sales experience is required; face-to-face meetings with clients, must display a neat and professional appearance; must be aggressive and self-motivated; must have the ability to work under deadlines; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; must have excellent reading, writing, people, and verbal communication skills (bilingual-Spanish recommended but not required); and must be able to identify customer needs, wants, and desires in conversation and match with company products.  Creativity, especially in graphic design is essential as branded marketing products are always customized for individual clients. 

Work environment:  Sales reps are expected to be familiar with basic office equipment, computers and software, and social media to manage and post client accounts.  Reps will be given a unique email address for conducting business.  Mammoth will provide training on how to use the backend of its website to research and customize presentations for clients. 

Education and Experience:  High School Diploma/Recognized Equivalent or minimum five (5) years of directly related experience required.  

Compensation:  Sales representatives earn uncapped commissions based on individual sales, and reported to the IRS on a 1099- MISC.  The rate (percentage) will be individually negotiated factoring the reps’ ability to solicit clients, prepare sales presentations, close the sale, and ($) volume.
