This year marks the fifth year that the University of Nebraska Student Chapter of Engineers Without Borders (EWB) will continue its work with the community of Kianjavato, Madagascar to address both their drinking water and energy needs. Funding to carry on the work of the EWB student chapter comes from members contributing to their travel expenses and from our community support.

This year we are staring a new tradition to generate support for the work of EWB – a Run Walk organized by the wellness committees of local engineering firms. The goal of the Run Walk is to promote the health and wellness of both the community and the people of Madagascar. Thank you very much for your consideration…we hope to see you and your family members and friends on August 16th!
