Chad Richter with Jackson Lewis will be speaking on “An Overview of Nebraska Legislative Bills introduced in 2015.” This session will also provide insight on what HR can do to prepare and also provide guidance to their senior leaders. Staying on top of the changing landscape in employment law is an on-going process for HR professionals. With over 50 new Employment Bills introduced to the Nebraska Unicameral, this session will highlight those that could have the most impact on employers across the state of Nebraska. Receive clarification on specific bills and become educated on the stance HR professionals can take.
This Session has been pre-approved for 1.5 hours of HR CREDIT from the HR Certification Institute & SHRM’s NEW Professional Development Certification.
