In the spirit of the holiday season, the Ralston Arena is extending public skating dates/times and offering FREE ice skating through January 5, 2014. Santa will be making a special appearance on Christmas Eve, December 24th! We invite the public to come skate with Santa that day from 12-4 pm.
The Arena staff is encouraging metro Omaha residents to experience ice skating in the Community Ice Rink during public skating times.
“The Ralston Arena was built with the community in mind and in an effort to let everyone come and enjoy the arena for the holiday season, I would like to offer free ice skating during the holiday season. Bring the family and all your friends to experience the Ralston Arena,” said Ralston Arena General Manager, Paul Hendrickson.
Skates are available to rent for $3.00 per pair or the public is welcome to bring their own. Skate sharpening services are available for $5.00 during public skating times.
