When the BAs elicit and analyze the requirements for a project they sometimes forget that the requirements package has two kinds of customers. The business stakeholder and development team who will be collaborating with the project team to create a solution. Typically the focus is on ensuring the business requirements are well understood and approved by the business stakeholders. While this is an important part of the job, it is not the whole story.
