OVERVIEW
Phenomblue, a connected communications firm specializing in business strategy and high-level creative solutions, is seeking an Associate Creative Director (ACD) to join our Creative Team. This exceedingly ambitious individual leads strategy and creative direction on new and ongoing accounts, and also acts as content strategy and copywriting support for a wide variety of the firm’s creative. In this role, you will develop business-focused brand and marketing strategies across all media types, with an emphasis in digital, creating persona-guiding ecosystems of content filled with spotless, concise and persuasive messaging.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in agency or startup setting, a mastering of contemporary content strategy principles and best practices, a robust copywriting portfolio and real world experience managing creative projects and resources. Moderate travel anticipated.

NATURAL LEADER
Every ACD at Phenomblue must exude confident, charismatic and unflappable creative leadership to push their peers and clients toward success in the Connected Age. Each is assigned new and ongoing accounts to lead by way of strategic thinking and creative direction. This position will work with our Practice and Accounts Group to navigate client relationships and utilize the full resources of your fellow creative and vendor partners in crafting solutions.
STRATEGIC DIRECTION
Every ACD must demonstrate independent, critical thinking and strategic direction at a fundamental business level for our clients. This requires analyzing our clients’ business models and goals in order to provide far-reaching creative tactics that move the needle of measured success. Our ACDs produce results because we put ourselves in our clients’ shoes.
COLLABORATION WITH CONFIDENCE
You’ll be required to work with our cross-functional, internal teams to deliver work efficiently that also exceeds our clients’ expectations. You must be team-oriented, but able to manage relationships independently and make decisions swiftly.
