Douglas County Clerk/Comptroller Tom Cavanaugh reports that at the end of the County’s budget year, June 30, 2015, the County spent $319,720,707.69 of the 2015 fiscal year’s budget of $346,225,785.00, leaving $26,505,077.31 in fund balance reserves.
The Clerk/Comptroller’s office had a budget savings of $871.29. Cavanaugh credited the diligence and dedication of the staff in the Clerk/Comptroller’s office for continuing to work towards greater efficiencies.
