Media Inquiries: Erin Murphy Noodles & Company press@noodles.com                                              NOODLES & COMPANY ANNOUNCES NEW FALL LIMITED TIME ONLY DISHES   Broomfield, CO (October 1, 2014) – Noodles & Company (NASDAQ: NDLS) serving classic noodle and pasta dishes from around the world, today announced the introduction of two new limited time only items – the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese and Fig & Pig Flatbread – available now at all restaurants nationwide.   “We are very excited to share these new dishes with our guests,” said Erin Murphy, Senior Manager of Communications at Noodles & Company. “We love putting an adult twist on our popular Wisconsin Mac & Cheese and with the start of football season, the combination of this amazing buffalo sauce with our mac was perfect. The Fig & Pig Flatbread features our naturally raised, slow braised pulled pork, which we’re really proud of, and pairs well with the balsamic fig drizzle. Our very own Chef Nick Graff created these items specifically with our guests in mind and the result is an elevated taste experience and spin on two classic American dishes.”

The new Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese blends two great comfort food flavors – buffalo sauce and classic mac and cheese. The new dish is topped with Parmesan cheese, buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles and green onions. The new Fig & Pig Flatbread consists of caramelized onions, naturally-raised, slow-braised pork, crumbled feta and Parmesan cheese on a toasted flatbread, drizzled with Balsamic Fig-infused oil and topped with more feta cheese and an Arcadian lettuce mix.   In conjunction with the launch of the two new fall limited time only dishes, Noodles & Company recently made some exciting changes to its overall menu, including adding the popular Alfredo MontAmore to its menu permanently. The Thai Hot Pot will also be the new “featured dish” – perfect for the chilly fall and winter months.
