The College World Series isn’t the only exciting event coming to town this month. First Data, a global leader in commerce enabling technology and employer to 5,000 Omahans, is hosting the latest in its series of Main Street Matters events. Co-sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber and Sam’s Club, Main Street Matters is designed to celebrate local small businesses like yours. This exciting free event will feature presentations from subject matter experts, local business owners and thought leaders. The day will include two discussion panels, networking opportunities and an all-day solution showcase with demos. Additionally, don’t miss your chance to participate in an entertaining and highly interactive session on perfecting your elevator pitch led by Jim Beach, Founder of School for Startups, and Christopher C. Hanks, Founder and Executive Director of Entrepreneurship, Kennesaw State University.

Main Street Matters will take place on Friday, June 24 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the CenturyLink Center Omaha. For more information, including the agenda, visit the registration page. The first 100 registrants will win tickets to one of two College World Series baseball games. Additionally, one lucky small business owner will win a Clover Mini or a Clover Mobile.  With either Clover device you can accept virtually all forms of payment and manage daily business operations with ease. So don’t just take your business to the next level, knock it out of the park with this great event. We hope to see you there!
