Commercial Relationship Manager III or IV

We are currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual with 5-10 years of Commercial Banking experience to work in our Omaha Office.
The Commercial Relationship Manager III or IV will originate and service commercial relationships.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Individual Portfolio Management (manage a loan portfolio in excess of $90 to 100 million), new business development, Bank/professional development, Compliance with Regulations/Loan Policy.
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: College degree in related field, required, 5-10 years Commercial Banking experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong credit analysis techniques loan evaluation, sales and negotiation skills, strong loan documentation knowledge, strong knowledge of Bank Regulations, above average communications skills.
WORK SCHEDULE: Full Time Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
