Celebrate the holidays and meet some of the Jacob’s Place staff and young adults.
Jacob’s Place provides temporary housing to young men and women ages 17-21 who are about to or have “aged out” of the foster care system. These young adults are provied with a variety of life skills classes and an individualized action plan aimed at helping them find employment and living independent and productive lives once they leave our care.
Please feel free to help make the holidays special for our youth. Please bring an unwrapped gift ($25 value and under) or take a name from the Angel Tree.
