WHAT:
Web Development course participants have been working with local nonprofit organizations to develop web applications designed to address pressing technology needs. Students will present final web applications to a panel of local leaders who will judge applications on usability, design and technical features. Launch Day will include a public voting component where friends, family, community supporters, nonprofit entity representatives and others vote for their favorite application. The winning team of up to 3 students will win back ½ of the tuition for the Advanced Web course (prize capped at $6,000).
