HRAM provides accurate and customized salary information for an entire spectrum of local HR jobs ranging from top executive to entry-level positions. Salary information is collected annually from over 100 participating organizations and helps members and companies formulate competitive compensation programs. The survey results are open for all to purchase. Survey participants receive a discount on their purchase.
How to Participate
The more participants we have, the more robust our survey results are. If you are interested in participating in the survey, please contact Actuarial Consulting Services, Inc. (ACS) below. Participation window is available March 16 – April 24, 2015.

How to Purchase
The Wage/Salary and Benefits Survey is available in early June of each year. Print out the order form in the Quick Links box at http://www.hram.org/salary-survey/. Fill out form and payment information and fax or email the form to 402-932-1095 or ecrouch@hram.org. Companies who participate and submit data for the survey by the annual deadline receive a reduced rate on their purchase of the survey.

Non-Survey Participant: Full Survey – $475 Benefits Only Survey – $165
