“Current Work Visa Options for Businesses: Challenges and Opportunities”
Hardly a day goes by without immigration being in the news. Legal immigration is getting tougher in this climate even though businesses are finding it difficult to find workers. This session will discuss the work visa options for businesses for both skilled and unskilled positions and the risks and benefits for businesses who sponsor visa applicants. We will discuss how individuals are sponsored for permanent residency and who is not qualified for this strategy. This will be a non-political, educational look on the importance of a diverse workforce and the various work authorizations that impact businesses.
