HRAM offers a 16-week class that includes study guides and additional valuable information to assist members who are preparing to take the PHR® or SPHR® certification exam through the HR Certification Institute®. HRAM’s prep course is unique because it was designed with you, the HR professional, in mind.
Study materials come from a study guide prepared especially for HRAM and are copyrighted by HRAM and edited and approved by Ray Weinberg, SPHR, CCP. Our instructors are selected for their expertise on the subject matter that they will be presenting. They are available to students to answer additional questions during the course and many provide additional study materials beyond those included with your course fees. Many of the instructors are certified and can empathize with you as you prepare for your certification.
Students are prepped with a pre-test on the first and last nights of class to assess each individuals’ readiness so that you can plan your study emphasis. Study groups are also formed to help boost students’ performance on the exam.
