Margaret Hershiser will speak on “Managing the Unmanageable – Dealing with the Problem Employee.”  In this session, Margaret Hershiser will present on ways to handle those difficult employees.  While it is not a once size fits all, attendees can gain insight into how to manage and help provide strategies to managers on how to handle those problem employees without creating additional liability. 

This Session has been submitted for 1.5 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM and 1.5 hours of HR credit from HRCI.
