HRAM March Hot Topic Morning Session

Emily O’Rourke with Heartland Family Service, will be speaking on “The Overwhelmed Employee: Prevention and Intervention.” This training will focus on how to identify and intervene with an employee who is feeling overwhelmed. Attendees should leave this training with tools that enable them to identify who may be overwhelmed or who is at highest risk for becoming overwhelmed. Attendees will also learn specific interventions that can be used with the individual as well as ways to work towards creating a work place culture that promotes a strength-based approach to employee balance and well-being.
This Session has been pre-approved for 1.5 hours of HR CREDIT from the HR Certification Institute & SHRM’s NEW Professional Development Certification.
