Tim Louden with Jackson Lewis, will be presenting on “An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of…Attorneys’ Fees”. Tim’s presentation will focus on the preventative measures employers should take to avoid employee litigation. This presentation will include a discussion about the design and implementation of appropriate workplace policies. Catherine Cano will follow with a technical session, “Untouchable – The Expanding Anti-Retaliation Protections in the Workplace”.
This Session has been pre-approved for 2.0 hours of HR CREDIT from the HR Certification Institute & 2.0 hours of SHRM-CP CREDIT from SHRM’s NEW Professional Development Certification.
