Kathleen A. Nicolini, will be speaking on “Bullying in the Workplace”.
Thought you left the mean kids behind when you graduated from High School? Bullying in the Workplace is an emerging issue that is being examined by legislators, employees and employers. During this session you will be presented information on what constitutes Bullying and how is adversely affects the workplace. Legislative action is evolving and recent trends will be explored. How to identify bullying and measures to intervene to mitigate lost productivity and potential litigation will be presented. Investigative highlights will be outlined for attendees. Lastly, how to engage your senior leadership and engage and educate your workforce will be shared.
This Session has been pre-approved for 1.5 hours of HR CREDIT from the HR Certification Institute & 1.5 hours of SHRM-CP CREDIT from SHRM’s NEW Professional Development Certification.
