Selecting the Right Pre-employment Assessment

TOPIC: There are many pre-employment assessment options. To choose the right one, we must move beyond assessment reliability and validity and also address more practical implications associated with our approach. In order to hire the right talent to accomplish measurable business impact, we must consider: selection science; fit to role, fit to culture and fit to manager; attraction & recruiting; onboarding & ongoing development; and overall alignment with our organization’s strategy.

This Session has been submitted for 1.5 hours of HR CREDIT from the HR Certification Institute and has been pre-approved for 1.5 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM.
