Join us February 13th at HRAM Member Orientation, prior to the February Program to learn about how to get the most out of your HRAM membership. You will meet current and past members of HRAM, as well as the HRAM board and co-chairs.
Our Program will begin with a one-hour keynote featuring Gigi O’Hara with Kutak Rock, “2018 Legal Update”. This update will address several key changes that may affect your company in the coming year and beyond, including some notable deregulation at the federal level, the evolution of state law employee protections, the ever-changing landscape of wage and hour law, the move to legalize recreational marijuana, and the latest tips and guidance for sexual harassment workplace training in the wake of high profile claims and cases across the country. Two technical sessions will follow: “Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations” and “At the Intersection of Poor Performance and Protected Right”.
This Program has been pre-approved for 4.0 PDCs from SHRM’s Professional Development Certification and 4.0 hours of HR recertification credit from HR Certification Institute®.
