Judy Mitchell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSOL, will be presenting on “Personality Types in the Workplace: Extraverts vs Introverts – Do-Think-Do, or Think-Do-Think?”
Do you get bored and restless if you are alone too long? Are you often quiet in meetings and seemingly uninvolved? Extraversion and Introversion are not, as some think, about partiers and shy people. Instead, they are about where people get their energy and motivation from: other people or within themselves. When thinking about personalities in the workplace we sometimes forget to acknowledge that people are different. In this fun, interactive session you will discover (or validate) what your personality type is, and how to work with those who are the same as you and those who are different.
Symposiums are smaller and less formal meetings for HRAM members. It is FREE to attend; however, registration is required as seating is limited.
