Topic: “BEHIND BARS – The Hidden Workforce”
With unemployment rates at their lowest, it’s time to be creative about where you find your new hires. Did you know there is an untapped and hidden workforce? They are eligible and willing to work but they are behind bars. However, 80% of these 5200 state inmates will be released into the community within the next three years. Behind bars is the last place most people will look for potential employees but there’s a reason you should look there. Come find out why!
