HRAM April Program
April 14, 2015
11:00am – 4:30pm
Scott Conference Center

Joe Gerstandt, local to the Omaha area, will speak on “The Future of Diversity & Inclusion:  4 Next Practices.”

This session gives you the tools to be able to deliver greater results for your organization through implementing powerful new D & I practices.   This session explores four emerging, or next practices, for leading your organizations diversity and inclusion efforts forward and will give you what you need to take your D & I efforts to the next level. You will learn the what, why and how of:

  1. Using relational network analysis to address racial, ethnic, gender and other disparities in retention and engagement rates
  2. Using social process design to harness the creative tension of diversity toward better decision making and problem solving
  3. Anchoring your inclusion efforts in individual authenticity and helping your organization move out of assimilation and into inclusion
  4. Building your D & I efforts upon a science- and evidence-based foundation of human behavior acknowledging that we all have bias, make assumptions, label and categorize others.
