8 – 9:30 a.m.

Security National Bank 101st and Pacific Streets

Presenter:  Lee Elliott, Wonderful Life Project

Title:  “Grudge Busting”

TOPIC:  Workplace Grudges—those confrontations between employees that just don’t seem to ever stop. If you schedule them in a meeting together, they fight. If they’re on a committee together, they fight. You conclude it’s just a personality conflict (it isn’t) and there isn’t anything you can do about it (you can). Dealing with these grudges is just a drain on the company.

Fortunately, there are some very effective resolutions that can be done to reduce and, in many cases, eliminate grudges, there by bringing a reasonable degree of peace to work at your company. Reducing grudges has substantial impact on turnover, quality of conflict, stress, and a variety of other issues that keep HR pros up at night.

The presenter, Lee Elliott, has been using the tools of “Grudge Busting” for over ten years in a variety of settings and has seen exceptional results, supported by top research in this area. Lee will be providing you with his “Grudge Busting” technique to take back to your workplace.
