We are currently accepting vendor sponsorship applications. Abstracts need to be received from both Oracle and Partner Speakers by September 19, 2014. Topics can focus on process, conversion, interface efforts, etc. and can come from the worlds of Applications, Middleware, Business Intelligence or Database. Email your information to ron@heartlandoug.org or dawn@heartlandoug.org.
If you are new to the Heartland OUG and have never attended a conference, it might be best if we did a quick conference call.
The User Group will be selecting the top 20 presentations for the conference. Not all entries will be selected. Speakers will be notified the week of September 22 if selected. Sponsorship required to present, presentation not required to sponsor.

Your sponsorship allows us to operate the user group without charging dues, thus getting better attendance. Several sponsorship levels are available including a single event sponsorship for $350, Lunch Sponsorship for $700, Conference Book Sponsorship for $700 and Premier Sponsorship for $1,000. All sponsorship levels provides access to the user group meeting, a space to set up your display materials, a sponsorship slide and special mention (we will introduce your team) during the opening session and one session during the vendor breakouts on the day of the user group meeting. It also provides the best positive exposure to the user group community.
