It’s time again for one of our favorite events of the year: Trick-or-Treat in the Forest! This members-only event is part of our Member Appreciation Month and promises to be more fun than ever.Costumes are encouraged – both for children and adults! You will meet many of the critters who live here as you stroll the boardwalk for all of your treats. We’re excited to be partnering with Ballet Nebraska, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension Office, and Nebraska StoryArts. Food, a kids maze, games, prizes, treats, entertainment, and new this year – a ‘horrors’ of nature boardwalk trail. This is one event you will not want to miss! Cost is $7 per person (includes food, trick or treat bags, games, prizes and fun!). Registration is required. Please RSVP by Oct. 6. Please note: The member Appreciation Month postcards that were mailed erroneously listed Trick-or-Treat in the Forest on October 12. The correct date is Saturday, October 11.
Not currently a Fontenelle Forest member? Join now and enjoy all the fun of Trick-or-Treat in the Forest along with other great Member Appreciation Month events like Shakespeare on the Plaza and Beer on the Boardwalk. As always, membership includes free admission to Fontenelle Forest for a year and access to all of our great programming for children, adults, and seniors.
