This fall, in addition to their grand opening/ribbon cutting event, Nebraska Realty, owned by Andy Alloway, has expanded at great lengths.

Deda Myhre joined the Nebraska Realty team as a managing broker. Deda has been practicing real estate for almost 15 years.  Her entire real estate career up to this point has been spent with CBSHome.  The past several years she has spent in management at various CBSHome offices.  Deda is a past winner of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) Realtor® of the Year, Mark of Excellence recipient through the Nebraska Realtors® Association, and the 2013-2014 Omaha Area Board of Realtors® President.

Kelly Jourdan, the Director of Agent Services, was promoted to Associate Broker, after earning her Brokers License earlier this fall.

Also, Nebraska Realty is now the new owner of Randall School of Real Estate, one of the oldest, largest, and most respected real estate schools in Nebraska. Paul Vojchehoske was named the new Director of Randall School of Real Estate, replacing Susan Geschwender who has earned a well-deserved retirement.  Paul will continue his role as Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Broker for Nebraska Realty while also assuming his new role at Randall.  He has a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Development, has owned and operated his own real estate school Mr. Real Estate Seminars for many years, coordinated all of Nebraska Realty’s training programs over the last decade, and was an instructor at Randall School of Real Estate for more than ten years. The School will maintain its sense of independence, as it will continue to serve people from all real estate companies, in both instructor and student roles.

Feel free to visit our new state-of-the-art building located at 17117 Burt Street, Omaha, NE 68118, where we are moving forward into our future.
