– Approximately 263 of Douglas County’s 440 industries experienced impacts from DCHC

operations.

“Our foundation is pleased, though not surprised, to learn that Douglas County Health Center has such a positive impact on our local economy. We’ve known for some time that DCHC provides topnotch quality of care, this study communicates and confirms that Douglas County taxpayers receive excellent returns on their investment in the health center,” said Amy Chittenden, President, Douglas County Health Center Foundation.

On Tuesday, March 25, 2014, Goss & Associates will present a summary of their findings to the Douglas County Commissioners. This public meeting will begin at 9:00AM, 1819 Farnam St. LC-2.
