DataVizion, a leading edge provider of business technology solutions, will host its first annual charity golf tournament Monday, August 29, 2016, at Tiburon Golf Club and Banquet Facility in Omaha.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Child Saving Institute. The organization provides services including counseling, therapy, education and support for children and families in the community.

“The golf tournament is a great way to spend time with our clients and partners while giving back to a very worthy cause,” Nick Patrick, Vice President of Sales, said. “We greatly appreciate the support of Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, who is sponsoring the event and to all our other generous hole sponsors who have helped make this event possible.”

The format for the tournament is a 4-player scramble with teams from various local businesses participating. The event kicks off with a 12:30 p.m. tee-off and will be followed by a dinner and awards at 5:30 p.m.

“When businesses and organizations come together to support at-risk kids served through Child Saving Institute, it’s not simply a donation … it’s therapy, education, a loving home, nurturing, safety and smiles. It’s everything,” Dawn Hovey, Child Saving Institute, Chief Development Officer said. “Companies like DataVizion who give back their time, talent and treasure to make our community a better place are invaluable to all of us and we could not provide the services we do without this generosity.”
