We are looking to hire a Server (open to Full Time or Part Time) for our Rockbrook & Blackstone location. These shifts will be service focused but we are looking for people comfortable with the retail side of the business also. Wine knowledge and experience is a plus but not required. We will provide on the job training.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers, explain our story and educate customers on our wine selection and food options.
– Place customer’s orders, serve drinks and food to customers.
– Communicate with Bartender and Shift Lead to ensure a smooth process is established.
– Resolve customer request and issues, escalating to the shift lead and / or management as needed.
– Sell additional wine and products for retail purchases.
– Bus tables, clean tables and chairs for the next customers.
– Assist with closing the store which includes cleaning and preparing for the next day.
