Less than two years ago, Jaime Briganti found herself pressed against a glass ceiling in her career. She knew that she had to do something to make herself stand out, but with her full-time job as a Client Service Representative at Lutz Financial Services and a family at home, she found herself struggling to find the time.
Jaime began researching every MBA program in Omaha before finally choosing Midland University’s Hybrid MBA Program. Over the course of the accelerated 16-month program, Jaime gained skills that proved valuable even before she graduated.
“I was able to pursue things that I wouldn’t learn at work,” she says, “like how to analyze marketing and more. I can go into meetings now and say, ‘I know how to solve that problem.’”
The flexibility of the hybrid schedule was also a major advantage for Jaime. One weekend is spent at in person classes, followed by two weeks of online classes.
“I love working with people, but I also work really well on my own and on my own hours and at my own pace,” Jaime explains. “[Midland’s program is] designed to have you meet in the classroom and still have online access. It’s perfect.”
Now that she’s completed the program, Jaime has gained the insight she needed to discover her next career move, which is to become a Certified Financial Planner.
