Celebrating 25 years of bringing the community together to commemorate America’s independence with a fantastic concert and fireworks show, Bank of the West Celebrates America free outdoor concert and fireworks show is Friday, June 26, 2015. Bank of the West Celebrates America annually features legendary musical talent followed by a must-see fireworks finale in Omaha’s beautiful Memorial Park.
“We are excited to celebrate the 25th year of Bank of the West Celebrates America! We look forward to recognizing this 25-year milestone. This event has grown over the years into an annual reunion of family and friends celebrating our time together in this great community and paying tribute to America’s Independence Day,” said Robert Dalrymple, Executive Vice President, Bank of the West’s Midwest Division. “It’s our ‘thank you’ to Omaha, the surrounding region and to our valued customers. We look forward to hosting another great event this year!”
The musical talent performing at the 2015 event will be announced later this spring. In addition, watch for details regarding the annual Bank of the West Celebrates America Opening Band Contest in which an up-and-coming band will win the chance of a lifetime to open the show in front of thousands.
Bank of the West Celebrates America attracts more than 70,000 people annually, and is hosted in cooperation with the City of Omaha. Over the past 24 years, more than 50 nationally acclaimed bands have entertained audiences at this summer concert tradition.
