Alfred Benesch & Company is pleased to announce the addition of Tim O’Bryan, PE, to the Omaha office.  In his new role as a Senior Project Manager and Construction Group Manager, he will be responsible for the management of infrastructure and transportation-related projects and the operation of Benesch’s Omaha Construction Services Group.  Tim brings a diverse engineering background. He has provided and led efforts associated with design, environmental documentation, public involvement, bid letting, construction and construction engineering. 

Prior to joining Benesch, O’Bryan spent nearly 30 years serving the City of Omaha, Nebraska.  For the past 14 years, O’Bryan served as the City of Omaha’s Construction Engineer.  In that role, he supervised a team of 37 individuals responsible for project management, construction survey and construction inspection for all public works infrastructure projects.  Some notable projects performed by O’Bryan and his staff include the reconstruction of the 10th Street Bridge, Widening of West Dodge Road from 84th to Regency Parkway, construction of 120th Street from L Street to Pedersen Drive, construction of over $75 million of resurfacing program projects, and administration of the City’s roadway-related Americans with Disabilities (ADA) compliance program.
