Elder Law of Omaha, P.C., L.L.O. is pleased to announce the addition of attorney, Adam J. Wintz, to the firm. “Adam’s client-centered focus and strong work ethic will make a definite contribution to maintaining our standard of excellence at Elder Law of Omaha,” says owner and managing attorney, Catherine N. Swiniarski.

Mr. Wintz grew up in Omaha and graduated from Skutt Catholic High School. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities from Arizona State University and earned his law degree from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California.

He began his legal career in Phoenix, Arizona, where he developed a successful estate planning and family law practice. He returned to Omaha in 2013 and joined Badura Law, LLC, where he focused on probate, guardianships and conservatorships, and fiduciary litigation. Always willing to expand his knowledge and expertise, Mr. Wintz joined Great Western Bank in 2014 as a Wealth Management Administrator where he gained valuable experience in trust administration and wealth management.

Mr. Wintz is excited to once again represent clients and utilize the unique knowledge and skills that he has developed by helping people with their estate planning and elder law needs. “I am particularly passionate about protecting vulnerable people from exploitation and preserving wealth for my clients across generations,” says Mr. Wintz.

He is an avid outdoorsman, a local sports radio personality, and a diehard Huskers fan.
